Types of MS Wires
Electrode Quality Wires
Welding Electrodes are usually manufactured with highly conductible Electrode Quality Wire Rods, drawn & coated with specialized chemicals. The tensile strength helps the electrodes to sustain a long-standing arc and are mostly applied in the welding processes of mild steels, galvanized, and low alloy steels.
Annealed Wires
Also referred to as annealed tie wire - is low-carbon steel wire that has been annealed in furnace to increase its ductility and decrease its hardness.
High Carbon Wires
High Carbon Wires are know for their hardness & high tensile strength, strictly as per customer specification. It can be offered in various finishes like drawn with clean surface, oiled & Packed and annealed.
